Affiliate programme terms (prelaunch)

This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the WinParking affiliate programme during the prelaunch. You accept them when you sign up, together with the prelaunch terms, and thanks to them you have your referral link from day one.

1. In short

You get a link, a code and a QR code to invite other people.
Everyone who signs up with your link, your code or your email and verifies their email is associated with you permanently. Until they verify their phone or activate their account at launch, they count as a provisional invitee.
No money is earned during the prelaunch: we only record who you have invited.
When WinParking opens, we plan for you to earn a percentage of your invitees' bookings, under the conditions in section 6, which we will confirm before applying them.

2. Who takes part

Every user with an active prelaunch account (email verified; the phone is optional during the prelaunch). Taking part is free. You can stop sharing your link at any time; if you delete your account, you leave the programme and lose the association with your invitees.

3. Your link, code and QR

In your dashboard you will find your link (winparking.com/r/YOURCODE), your code and a downloadable QR code, with buttons to share them. They are personal: do not sell or transfer them.

4. When an invitee counts

A person is associated with you when:

they sign up after arriving through your link (the code appears already filled in the form), or type your code or your email in the "Did someone invite you?" field, when signing up or, once only, in "My account" within 30 days of verifying their email, or arrived through your link in the previous 30 days and agreed that we remember it with a cookie (cookie policy); and
they verify their email (and, when they do, their phone: until then they are a provisional invitee).

If a person opened links from several users, the last one counts. The association is permanent and single-level: your invitees' invitees do not count for you. Your invitees receive nothing for using your link. You may not invite yourself or accounts you control.

5. What happens during the prelaunch

In your dashboard you will see how many people have clicked your link and the list of your invitees, with their first name, sign-up date and whether they have verified their phone (verified versus provisional invitees). If an invitation is under anti-fraud review, you will see the "Under review" label, without the reason. No earnings, balances or payments are generated until WinParking opens in each invitee's country.

6. Planned financial conditions for the launch

These are the conditions WinParking plans to apply when it opens. They are what the programme design contains today, but they are not final: we will send you the final conditions by email and in your dashboard at least 15 days before they apply. If you are not happy with them, you can leave the programme.

For your invitees' bookings as drivers: 5% of what the owner receives for the rental, extra time and electric charging, excluding VAT and service fees and not counting deposits or compensation. Up to €250 per invitee.
For bookings of the spaces your invitees list: 5% on the same basis. Up to €250 per invitee.
That is why the programme message is "up to €500 per invitee": it is a maximum, not a guaranteed amount. What you earn will depend on what your invitees book.
Period: 12 months per invitee, counted from when WinParking opens in the country they gave when signing up, or until the cap is reached, whichever comes first.
Cap per booking: across all affiliates involved in a booking, 5% at most (if there are two, 2.5% each).
When an earning is validated: when the booking's balance is confirmed, at most 7 days after it ends. Refunded or disputed bookings generate no earnings; with partial refunds, the earning is calculated on what the owner keeps.
No earnings from: bookings with WinParking promotional codes and bookings between you and your own invitee.
Payout: your earnings will go to an affiliate balance kept separate from any rental balance. You will be able to cash it out by bank transfer from €20 (free automatic monthly transfer, or "Cash out now", free from €50 and costing €2.60 including VAT below that). Before the first payout you will have to verify your identity with our payment provider.
Expiry: the affiliate balance will expire after 12 consecutive months without new earnings or payouts, with reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before. This period does not run before the launch.
Taxes: what you earn may have to be declared in your income tax return and, if you do it regularly, you may have to register an economic activity. We will remind you when you cash out.

6a. Founding Ambassador (planned)

If, before WinParking opens in the country you gave when signing up, you have 20 invitees with a verified phone who meet section 4 (not counting self-invitations, test accounts or invitations cancelled under section 8), you'll become a Founding Ambassador on a provisional basis. We'll confirm it if, within the 6 months after that opening, at least 5 of your invitees complete a booking or list an approved space. For the 20 and for the confirmation, only invitees who signed up before WinParking opened in their own country count; the rest appear in your dashboard as "Doesn't count". A person reviews every case before confirming it. There is no maximum number of Founding Ambassadors.

If confirmed, we plan that, for your invitees who signed up before their country opened, the period in section 6 goes from 12 to 24 months and the cap from €250 to €500 per invitee for each concept: up to €1,000 per invitee, instead of up to €500. The improvements apply from the day of confirmation; until then the general terms apply. The percentage and the per-booking cap don't change. If it isn't confirmed, you stay in the programme on the general terms. Like the rest of section 6, these are planned terms, not final.

7. How to promote WinParking

You may share your link with your contacts, on your social networks and on your website, provided that:

you do not send bulk messages or messages to people who have not allowed it (spam), by email, SMS or messaging apps;
you do not promise earnings or benefits that do not exist, or present the planned conditions as final;
you do not pretend to be WinParking or create profiles, websites or ads that look like it;
you do not buy search ads on the word "WinParking" or its variations;
you do not pay or reward anyone for signing up, or create or commission fake sign-ups;
you use the trademark and logos only as set out in the brand manual, without modifying them.

8. Fraud and reviews

We review the programme to prevent abuse. If a user gets more than 20 new invitees in one day, those invitations are held for review. If we detect fake invitations, self-invitations or breaches of section 7, we may cancel those associations and, in serious cases, suspend your participation or your account, explaining why. A person always reviews each case before deciding.

9. Relationship between you and WinParking

Taking part in the programme does not make you an employee, agent or representative of WinParking, nor does it create a partnership between us. You may not sign or promise anything on behalf of WinParking.

10. Changes and end of the programme

We may change these terms or end the programme by notifying you by email and in your dashboard at least 15 days in advance. If we change them, we will ask you to accept the new version next time you sign in; if you disagree, you can leave the programme. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when. Changes will never affect earnings already validated. Before the launch there are no earnings, so a change or the end of the programme will not mean any loss of money.

11. Your data

Your invitee will not see your data. You will see only each invitee's first name, sign-up date, whether they have completed verification and, where applicable, the "Under review" or "Doesn't count" labels. If their name is under review, you won't see it until it is resolved. More information in the privacy policy.

12. Transfer to the company, governing law and contact

Your participation in the programme will be transferred to Win Parking, S.L. when it is incorporated, on the same terms (section 9 of the prelaunch terms). These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. Questions and complaints: legal@winparking.com.
