1. Who owns this website

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), the owner of winparking.com and its subdomains is:

Activity: development and promotion of WinParking, a platform for renting garage parking spaces between individuals and businesses, currently in its prelaunch phase.

WinParking is a trademark whose registration has been applied for at the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (file M4409008).

The activity is expected to be transferred to Win Parking, S.L. (a single-member limited company based in Pamplona), to be incorporated in early 2027. When this happens, we will update this legal notice and let you know.

2. What this website is for

During the prelaunch, winparking.com lets you learn about the project, sign up as a prelaunch user, get a referral link and answer a survey. It is not yet possible to list parking spaces, book or pay.

Your registration and account are governed by the prelaunch terms and the affiliate programme terms. How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the cookie policy.

3. Use of the website

When using the website you agree to use it lawfully and not to:

try to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or WinParking's systems;
introduce malicious software, overload the website or automate sign-ups or requests;
copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission;
impersonate WinParking or other people.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, designs, logos, the WinParking trademark, the code and all other content of the website belong to its owner or are used under licence. You may view them and share links, but you may not copy, modify or exploit them without written permission. Affiliate programme users may use the trademark only as its terms allow.

The postcode data we use to fill in your town at sign-up comes from GeoNames (geonames.org) and is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0).

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the website working and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for damage caused by technical interruptions, third-party attacks or misuse of the website, unless caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If the website links to third-party pages, we do not control their content. If you find an unlawful link or content, write to legal@winparking.com and we will remove it.

6. Governing law and complaints

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. For any complaint, please write to legal@winparking.com first: we will reply as soon as possible.
